Emergency support

Which number should I call?

There are two ways to reach Victoria Housing. Please use the 24-hour emergency line only for genuine emergencies and urgent matters, so it remains available to those who need it.

Normal enquiries

Applications, referrals, landlord enquiries, maintenance requests that are not urgent, and general questions.

If there is immediate danger

If somebody is in immediate danger, or there is a fire, a serious injury or a crime in progress, always call the emergency services on 999 first.

For urgent medical advice that is not life-threatening, call NHS 111. For urgent gas or electrical safety concerns, contact the relevant emergency service provider, then let us know using the 24-hour emergency line.

Once the immediate situation is safe, our emergency line is there to help with the accommodation side of things.

Please note that calls may be recorded for quality, training, safeguarding and monitoring purposes.
