About us
A Birmingham organisation providing more than a room
Victoria Housing Limited provides supported accommodation across Birmingham for adults who need somewhere safe to live and practical support to move forward. We combine good-quality, properly managed housing with regular support from a team that knows our residents.
Our approach
Accommodation and support, together
A room on its own rarely changes somebody's circumstances. Our residents receive accommodation alongside regular support sessions, welfare checks and practical help with the things that make independent living possible — budgeting, daily routines, accessing services and planning ahead.
We work with charities, local authorities, support workers and other professionals, and we also accept applications directly from people who need accommodation. Every referral is individually assessed so we can be honest about whether we are the right organisation to help.
Victoria Housing does not charge residents a separate service charge for the support we provide.

Properties are maintained, inspected and managed properly, with clear points of contact for residents and professionals.

What residents can expect
Facilities vary between properties, and specific features are confirmed at the point of assessment. Typically our accommodation includes:
